Together to Learn Series: Mental Health

ALCDSB in partnership with Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH), Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health (KFL&A PH), Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, and Youth Diversion are hosting monthly online education series to empower parents and caregivers. 

Join Jessie Cartwright, R.S.W., B.S.W. Child and Family Therapist, Children’s Mental Health Services and Mahayla Markell, R.S.W., M.S.W. Mental Health Addictions Therapist, Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc. (Youthab) for an important discussion about:

  • The Signs of Struggle and Wellness
  • How Stress Impacts the Brain
  • Building Trust
  • Modelling Healthy Communications
